Do you want to help companies increase their efficiency and reduce office-related pain and the need for sick leave?

At Contour Design, we are passionate about providing the best solutions for our customer’s healthy office workplaces, and we are a market leader within the industry. We seek a strong Channel Key Account Manager to take the lead in helping customers (private and public) find the right solutions to support a more ergonomic workplace.  The Channel Key Account Manager’s role is to grow demand and sales in Sweden through our Swedish channel partners. Ideally you already have experience working with IT-resellers such as Dustin and Atea.

 

Responsibilities & team

Contour Design sells high-end products via selected partners, however we are keen on having a direct relationship with key end customers. This gives us the possibility to be more involved in supporting our partners and directly helping our end customers.

Your overall goal is to ensure, that Contour Design is the preferred choice when it comes to ergonomic workplace solutions. Your main focus will be to develop and scale the business through your portfolio of partners. You enjoy building relationships and are motivated by working in a dynamic environment where you will be engaging with distributors, resellers and end customers. Your everyday work will to a large extent be characterized by flexibility to structure and prioritize your work. Your high energy and relevant network keep you busy with relevant plans, activities and meetings. Furthermore, we enjoy seeing you bringing new ideas on how to help our partners and customers, and also how we can increase our market share to help even more people.

You will be part of our Swedish sales team reporting to our Swedish Country Sales Manager. You will also be part of our extended European Sales team focusing on growing our business across Europe.

 

Your new tasks will among others include

  • Driving growth through a selected portfolio of channel Partners
  • Creating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within your Partner portfolio
  • Land and expand our business with key end customers
  • Identify large corporations where we can build relationships and help them understand the value of ergonomic workplaces
  • Creating and implementing sales and marketing activities together with the key resellers
  • Support and guide Partners in helping our common end customers
  • Guide and support Partners and end customers in public tenders

 

What are we looking for?

  • Strong sales mindset and experience in hardware sales
  • Experience selling to Public Sector
  • Experience in supporting the decision-making process in companies – both public and private
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Key Account Manager/ Channel Account Manager/ Business Development Manager
  • Minimum of 2 years end customer sales experience
  • Experience working at an IT reseller or an IT-vendor
  • Structured, self-motivated, able to take ownership with a result-oriented mindset
  • Outgoing and a strong networker and collaborator
  • Ability to travel across all of Sweden
  • Located in the Stockholm area
